The Satellite Communication Licence that has been given by the Turkish Telecommunications Authority authorizes Balkan Telekom on establishing any types of satellite communication system in Turkey. By this authorization, Balkan Telekom assists national and international Foreign Service companies about the issues. In addition, Balkan Telekom gives consultancy services about determining of required licence types and assuring that licence.

The operation of all satellite terminals is monitored and controlled, 24 hours every day by Balkan Telekom Network Operation Center located in Istanbul, Turkey.
